Riki Global is looking for a Business / Systems Analyst who can bridge the gap between business requirements and technology. The role involves working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to understand requirements, support application development and testing, manage master data, and provide ongoing system administration and application support.

? Key Responsibilities

- Gather, analyse, and document business and system requirements.
- Prepare Business Requirement Documents, Functional Requirement Documents, process flows, SOPs, and other functional documentation.
- Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications.
- Create and execute test scenarios, test cases, and test scripts.
- Perform functional, integration, system, and regression testing.
- Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business users.
- Track, document, and follow up on defects through resolution.
- Validate system enhancements, fixes, and new releases.
- Manage and maintain master data, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Perform system administration activities, including user access, roles, permissions, and application configurations.
- Provide functional support to business users and troubleshoot application issues.
- Work with IT/development teams to investigate and resolve system issues.
- Support system enhancements, upgrades, implementations, and production releases.
- Maintain system documentation, user guides, and process documentation.




- Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, developers, vendors, and end users.

Required Experience & Skills

- 2+ years of experience as a business analyst, Systems Analyst, Functional Analyst, Application Analyst, or similar role.
- Strong experience in requirements gathering and business analysis.
- Hands-on experience with UAT and regression testing.
- Ability to write clear and comprehensive test scenarios and test cases.
- Experience with master data management and data validation.
- Experience with system/application administration.
- Good understanding of SDLC and software testing processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Strong documentation and attention to detail.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Good to Have

- Experience with ERP & web applications.
- Basic SQL/database knowledge.
- Experience with incident, change, and release management.
