Role Overview

We are hiring a Junior Business Analyst for our post-sales team in the IT services domain. The role involves understanding client requirements, preparing transparent documentation, and coordinating with project teams for smooth delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand requirements after the sales handover.
- Coordinate with clients and internal project teams.
- Prepare user stories, requirement documents, meeting notes, and basic process flows.
- Track clarifications, feedback, changes, and project updates.
- Support testing, client demonstrations, and delivery follow-ups.

Requirements

- 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in an IT services company.
- Basic knowledge of requirement gathering, documentation,



and the software development life cycle.
- Good English communication, analytical, and coordination skills.
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Office, or similar tools is preferred.
- Graduation in Business, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
