? We’re Hiring: Business Analyst / Product Owner

LetSSprint is looking for a Business Analyst / Product Owner to join our fully remote, distributed product development team working on a Python-based trading technology product.

We’re looking for someone who can understand business and product requirements, translate them into clear and actionable work, and collaborate closely with the development team.

What we’re looking for

- 5–10 years of experience working with product development teams
- Experience in Business Analysis, Product Ownership, Software Development, or a similar leadership capacity
- Solid knowledge of requirements management
- Ability to understand business needs and translate them into clear requirements
- Ability to write clear, concise and actionable user stories
- Good understanding of acceptance criteria and requirement clarification
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work closely with Developers and other stakeholders




- Ability to work independently in a distributed, remote team
- Practical, analytical and problem-solving mindset

- Good to have

- Basic knowledge of the stock/share market
- Understanding of day trading / intraday trading
- Interest in financial markets or trading technology
- Experience working on software products from concept through development and delivery
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum ways of working
- Technical background or experience working closely with development teams

- Trading knowledge is good to have, but not mandatory.
