Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our Automation Center of Excellence (CoE). This role will partner with business stakeholders, technology teams, and automation developers to identify, analyze, and deliver cutting-edge solutions leveraging

Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and UiPath . The ideal candidate will have strong business process analysis skills, experience gathering and documenting requirements, and a passion for driving digital transformation through AI and automation.

Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis & Requirements Gathering

- Engage with business stakeholders to understand challenges, objectives, and process improvement opportunities.
- Conduct discovery workshops, process walkthroughs, and stakeholder interviews.
- Gather, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements.
- Create comprehensive Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), user stories, and process maps.
- Facilitate requirements validation and stakeholder sign-off.

Process Analysis & Automation Identification
- Analyze current-state processes and identify automation opportunities.
- Assess automation feasibility, business value, ROI, and implementation complexity.
- Create current-state and future-state process documentation.
- Recommend process optimization and automation strategies using AI and low-code technologies.

Microsoft Copilot & AI Solutions
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify use cases for Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio.
- Define conversational AI requirements, prompts, knowledge sources, and business workflows.




- Assist in designing AI-powered solutions that improve productivity and user experience.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and measure business outcomes of AI implementations.

Power Platform Solutions
- Work with Power Apps and Power Automate developers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Define application workflows, forms, integrations, and user experiences.
- Support testing, deployment, and adoption activities.
- Ensure solutions adhere to governance, security, and compliance standards.

UiPath Automation Projects
- Partner with UiPath developers to define automation workflows and exception handling requirements.
- Document RPA process definition documents (PDDs).
- Participate in solution reviews and validate automation outputs.
- Support production deployment and hypercare activities.

Project Delivery & Stakeholder Management
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including business users, developers, architects, and project managers.
- Manage requirements traceability throughout the project lifecycle.
- Track project risks, issues, dependencies, and action items.
- Present project updates, business cases, and solution recommendations to leadership teams.

Testing & Change Management
- Develop UAT plans, test scenarios, and test cases.




- Facilitate user acceptance testing and defect triage sessions.
- Support training development, user documentation, and solution adoption initiatives.
- Measure solution effectiveness and identify continuous improvement opportunities.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Process Analyst, or Automation Analyst.
- Experience working on digital transformation, automation, or low-code technology initiatives.
- Strong requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation skills.
- Experience working in Agile and Scrum environments.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
- Experience with Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, or Generative AI solutions.
- Experience with UiPath or other RPA platforms.
- Knowledge of process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or BPM.

- CBAP or CCBA
- Microsoft Power Platform Fundamentals (PL-900)
- Power Platform Functional Consultant (PL-200)
