We are looking for an experienced and analytical Business Analyst with hands-on experience in ERP products and Pre-Sales activities to join our team in Ahmedabad.

The ideal candidate will work closely with clients, business stakeholders, product teams, and technical teams to understand business requirements, map them with ERP solutions, and support successful product implementation and sales initiatives.

The candidate should have strong experience in ERP product analysis, requirement gathering, documentation, client interaction, product demonstrations, solution presentations, and Pre-Sales activities .

Key Responsibilities

- Understand client business requirements and map them with ERP product functionalities .
- Gather, analyze, document, and validate business requirements.
- Prepare BRD, FRD, User Stories, Use Cases, Process Flows, and Functional Specifications .
- Conduct requirement-gathering sessions and workshops with clients and stakeholders.
- Analyze existing business processes and identify gaps, improvements, and ERP solution requirements .
- Work closely with Product, Development, QA, and Project teams throughout the SDLC.
- Understand ERP modules, workflows, business processes, integrations, and product capabilities.
- Support ERP product configuration, customization, enhancement, and feature requirement discussions .
- Participate in Pre-Sales activities , including requirement understanding, solution mapping, proposal preparation,



and solution presentations.
- Conduct ERP product demos for prospective clients and stakeholders.
- Prepare solution documents, presentations, proposals, and functional responses for Rfp/rfi/rfq requirements.
- Work with the sales team to understand customer pain points and propose suitable ERP solutions.
- Support product strategy, roadmap planning, feature prioritization, and product enhancement discussions.
- Conduct UAT, prepare test scenarios, validate solutions, and coordinate with technical teams for issue resolution.
- Manage client communication and stakeholder expectations effectively.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and business insights as required.
- Perform data validation and analysis using SQL ; Python knowledge will be an added advantage.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and business optimization.

Candidate Profile

- 2-4 years of relevant Business Analyst / ERP Business Analyst experience.
- Must have hands-on experience working with an ERP product .
- Must have experience in ERP-related Pre-Sales / client-facing activities .
- Robust analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into functional ERP solutions.
- Experience in a product-based, ERP, SaaS, or enterprise software environment is preferred.
- Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
