Role Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Business Analyst with robust expertise in financial reporting, financial statement analysis, costing, and cost management. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical thinking, a solid grounding in financial operations, and the ability to deliver meaningful insights that support organizational efficiency, profitability, and informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

· Perform costing and cost control analysis across business verticals.

· Conduct detailed audits of cost records, ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and industry standards.

· Perform product costing and profitability analysis, providing insights into unit economics for pricing and cost-optimization decisions.

· Carry out variance analysis to highlight deviations, assess their significance, and present key findings to management.

· Oversee reconciliation of financial and cost data, ensuring accuracy and consistency in internal and external reporting.

· Analyze financial performance, compute key ratios, and develop insights aligned with cost audit and financial reporting needs.

· Conduct financial statement analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.

· Perform inventory audits, validating inventory valuation, stock levels,



and related asset management practices.

· Develop and maintain financial models, dashboards, and analytical tools to support reporting and decision-making.

· Assist in preparing business plans, presentations, industry reports, and project-related analyses.

Skills & Competencies

· Strong understanding of financial reporting, cost accounting, management accounting, budgeting, and good command over P&L; and balance sheet analysis.

· Ability to interpret complex financial data and deliver clear, actionable insights.

· Proficiency in Excel, financial modelling, and analytical tools.

· Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and a structured approach to problem-solving.

· Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey insights effectively to stakeholders.

Qualifications

· CA / CMA Fresher or CA Inter with 2–4 years of experience in costing, financial analysis, audit, or business analysis.

· Strong academic foundation in finance, accounting, or related disciplines.

· Ability to work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.

· Exposure to strategic financial analysis, costing, and business support activities.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
