About The Role We are seeking experienced Business Analysts to join SkillsCapital's innovative team. This role offers the opportunity to work remotely with a globally recognized organization, contributing to the development of enterprise-scale digital solutions.

As a Business Analyst, you will act as a bridge between business stakeholders, product managers, and engineering teams, translating complex business needs into high-impact technological solutions. Your insights and analysis will directly influence the design, development, and deployment of cloud-native applications, SaaS products, and AI-driven platforms used by thousands to millions of users worldwide. Qualifications

- Minimum of 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, Product Analyst, or Systems Analyst.
- Proven expertise in gathering, documenting, and analyzing business requirements.
- Experience preparing Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), user stories, process flows, and functional specifications.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving,



and critical-thinking skills.
- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies for project delivery.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency with collaboration and project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
- Ability to work effectively in remote, distributed teams.

Responsibilities

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product managers, and engineering teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements effectively.
- Elicit, define, and prioritize both functional and non-functional requirements for enterprise applications and digital products.
- Develop comprehensive Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and use cases to ensure clarity and alignment.
- Analyze existing business processes to identify opportunities for optimization, automation, and digital transformation, thereby enhancing operational efficiency.
- Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, requirement walkthroughs, and solution discussions to ensure all parties are aligned and informed.
- Work closely with UI/UX designers, developers, QA engineers, and project managers throughout the entire product lifecycle to ensure seamless delivery.
- Support solution design, feature validation, user acceptance testing (UAT), and production rollouts to ensure quality and functionality.
- Perform data analysis to identify trends, generate business insights,



and support decision-making processes.
- Assist with change management initiatives, process documentation, and creation of training materials to facilitate smooth adoption.
- Ensure that all delivered solutions align with business objectives, customer expectations, and project scope, maintaining high standards of quality.
- Contribute actively to Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives to promote continuous improvement.
