Role Description The Business Analyst Associate Intern role is a remote internship focused on supporting business analysis and strategy initiatives. Day-to-day responsibilities include gathering and documenting business requirements, mapping and analyzing business processes, and assisting with the preparation of reports and presentations for internal and client stakeholders.

The intern will help conduct market and data analysis, contribute to solution proposals, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client needs. The role also involves maintaining explicit communication with supervisors, participating in virtual meetings,



and learning standard tools and methodologies used in business analysis and consulting.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and the ability to interpret data to support business decisions.
- Candidates should possess Business Analysis and Business Requirements skills, including requirements gathering and documentation.
- Candidates should possess understanding of Business Process concepts, such as process mapping and process improvement.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, both written and verbal, for working with teams and stakeholders.
- Comfort with remote collaboration tools (e.g., video conferencing, shared documents) and basic proficiency in spreadsheets and presentation software.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Management, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
- Demonstrated interest in consulting, digital transformation, or technology strategy; prior project or internship experience is a plus.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and contribute to a diverse, inclusive, and global team environment.
