Businesss Analyst

We are looking for a Techno-Functional Business Analyst who can understand client requirements, design technology solutions, support pre-sales, and identify growth opportunities within existing accounts.

Responsibilities

- Understand client business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Design high-level solution approaches with minimum dependency on the technical team.
- Conduct client meetings, requirement-gathering sessions, solution discussions, and presentations.
- Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows, proposals, and SOWs.




- Participate in pre-sales activities, solution presentations, RFP/RFI responses, and proposal preparation.
- Work with technical teams to validate feasibility and estimates when required.
- Engage with existing clients and identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Act as a bridge between clients, business stakeholders, and technology teams.

Requirements

- 3–7 years of experience as a Business Analyst / Technical BA / Solution Consultant / Pre-Sales Consultant in an IT services or software company.
- Strong understanding of software technologies, SDLC, APIs, databases, cloud, integrations, and application architecture.
- Ability to independently convert business problems into practical technology solutions.
- Solid client-facing, communication, presentation, and documentation skills.
- Experience in pre-sales and proposal development is preferred.
- A technical/IT background is strongly preferred.
- Note: This is a Techno-Functional BA role. Candidates with only functional/business analysis experience and limited understanding of software technologies may not be suitable.
