Job Summary

As a Business Analyst, you will work with business and technical teams to understand requirements, analyze data and processes, prepare reports, and support business improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements .
- Communicate with internal teams to understand business needs and processes.
- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collect, organize, and analyze business data.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for management.
- Create basic BRDs, process documents, workflows, and requirement specifications .
- Support senior Business Analysts in requirement analysis and project activities.
- Assist with data validation, UAT, testing, and issue tracking .




- Prepare and maintain documentation related to business processes.
- Use Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Coordinate with business, operations, and technical teams.
- Track project requirements, action items, and deliverables.
- Support process improvement and automation initiatives.
- Perform other analytical and reporting activities as required.

Eligibility & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Commerce, Finance, or a related field .
- Freshers / 0–1 year experience can apply.
- Basic understanding of business processes and data analysis.
- Valuable knowledge of Microsoft Excel .
- Basic knowledge of SQL, Power BI, or data visualization is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn new tools and technologies.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
