Role Overview

Hands-on Analytics Business Analyst with multi-domain experience in a professional services environment. Translates complex client business problems into practical analytical models, dashboards, metrics, and actionable insights that drive data-driven decision making and measurable business outcomes across consulting and digital transformation engagements.

Key Responsibilities

- Partner with C-level and functional stakeholders to understand business objectives and define relevant KPIs and success metrics.




- Translate business requirements into analytical solutions, data models, interactive dashboards, and insightful reports.
- Perform hands-on data analysis, trend identification, root-cause analysis, and predictive insights using large multi-domain datasets.
- Design and develop high-impact dashboards and visualizations in Power BI, Metabase, Superset or Tableau for client presentations and ongoing monitoring.
- Support end-to-end analytics solution delivery from requirements to UAT, deployment, and post-go-live optimization.
- Identify process improvement and automation opportunities through data insights and recommend technology-enabled solutions.
- Manage analytics requirements traceability,change requests, and deliver clear documentation for client handover.
