Job Summary

Sri Lakshmi Groups is looking for an experienced and responsible Bus Ticket Manager to oversee bus ticket validation, route validation, time schedule monitoring, and conductor operations. The candidate should have good knowledge of bus operations, conductor duties, and be able to drive a bus or relevant vehicle as required.

Key Responsibilities

- Validate bus routes and ensure vehicles operate on the assigned routes.
- Monitor and validate bus timings, departure schedules, and arrival timings.
- Check and validate bus tickets, ticket records, and ticket collection details.
- Monitor ticketing procedures and ensure accuracy in daily ticket transactions.
- Supervise and coordinate with bus conductors and drivers.
- Ensure conductors follow proper ticketing procedures and passenger handling practices.
- Verify conductor ticket books, ticket usage, and daily collection reports.
- Coordinate with the transport team for route and schedule changes.
- Identify and report ticket discrepancies, route deviations, and timing issues to Management.
- Maintain daily operational reports and ticket validation records.
- Support smooth and efficient bus operations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.

Requirements
- Previous experience in bus transport operations, ticket management,



or conductor supervision.
- Good knowledge of bus routes, route validation, and time schedule management.
- Experience in bus ticket checking and ticket collection validation.
- Strong knowledge of conductor duties and passenger service procedures.
- Ability to drive a bus or relevant vehicle as required by the role.
- Valid driving licence and appropriate driving experience.
- Good communication, leadership, and coordination skills.
- Ability to monitor daily operations and prepare reports.
- Willingness to work according to transport schedules and operational requirements.

Preferred Experience
- Experience as a Bus Ticket Manager, Bus Operations Supervisor, Bus Conductor, Bus Driver, or Transport Supervisor.
- Knowledge of bus ticketing systems and daily ticket collection procedures.
- Experience in managing bus routes, timings, drivers, and conductors.

Salary Salary will be negotiable by Management based on the candidate's experience, skills, and suitability for the role.
