Hindiko Solution India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and hardworking B.Tech Mechanical Engineering Fresher to join our engineering team. The candidate will get hands-on exposure to industrial automation projects, mechanical design, machine assembly, installation, and client-site activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist senior engineers in mechanical design and automation projects.
- Prepare and modify basic 2D mechanical drawings and 3D models.
- Support machine assembly, fabrication, installation, and commissioning activities.
- Prepare and maintain BOMs and engineering documents.
- Understand and work with basic mechanical components and systems.
- Coordinate with Mechanical, Electrical, and Project teams.
- Support troubleshooting and project execution at client sites.
- Follow company safety, quality, and engineering procedures.
- Willingness to travel and work at client sites as required.

Required Technical Skills
- Basic knowledge of Mechanical Engineering fundamentals.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD.
- Basic knowledge of SolidWorks or any other 3D CAD software.
- Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings.
- Basic knowledge of pneumatic and mechanical systems.
- Basic understanding of machine components such as bearings, shafts, couplings, gears, motors, etc.
- Basic knowledge of BOM preparation and engineering documentation.





Basic Computer Skills – Mandatory
- MS Word – documentation and report preparation.
- MS Excel – basic formulas, data entry, and calculations.
- MS PowerPoint – basic presentations.
- Email & Internet – professional communication.
- Windows Operating System – basic computer operations.

Candidate Profile
- B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Valuable problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Willing to travel and work at customer/client sites when required.
- Candidates with internship or academic project experience in mechanical design, automation, or machine development will be preferred.

Compensation ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month, depending on technical skills, interview performance, and overall suitability for the role.
