We are looking for a creative and analytical Brand Strategist who can develop strong brand strategies, translate business objectives into actionable communication plans, and help brands build a distinctive presence across digital platforms.

The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of brand positioning, consumer behaviour, market trends, campaign strategy, content direction, and digital marketing. You will work closely with the creative, social media, performance marketing, and account management teams to develop impactful brand solutions for clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop brand and communication strategies aligned with client objectives and target audiences.
- Research brands, competitors, markets, and consumer trends to identify actionable insights.
- Define brand positioning, communication pillars, messaging, and campaign direction.
- Develop strategic briefs and campaign concepts for creative and content teams.
- Work closely with creative, social media, performance, and account teams to translate strategy into execution.
- Prepare strategy presentations, creative briefs, campaign proposals, and client decks.
- Participate in client discussions and confidently present strategic recommendations.




- Analyse campaign and audience insights to improve communication and future strategies.
- Stay updated with digital, cultural, consumer, and industry trends.

Required Skills

- Strong understanding of Brand Strategy & Brand Positioning.
- Good knowledge of Digital Marketing, Social Media & Campaign Planning.
- Strong research, analytical, and conceptual thinking.
- Ability to turn insights into clear communication strategies.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to create effective creative and campaign briefs.
- Strong understanding of consumer behaviour and market trends.
- Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
- Good proficiency in PowerPoint/Google Slides.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Prior experience working in a digital marketing agency, creative agency, advertising agency, or branding agency is preferred.
- Experience handling multiple brands or clients simultaneously will be an advantage.
