Position Overview

Role / Designation: Junior Bridge Design Engineer / Assistant Engineer / Bridge Design Engineer (Positions will be offered based on interview and experience level)

Experience: 14 Years in structural bridge design (Note: Prior experience in bridge design is mandatory)

Location: Pune, India (with opportunities to work on Malaysian projects)

Education: B.E. in Civil Engineering (M.Tech in Structural Engineering is highly preferred)

Technical & Software Skills

Midas Civil / Midas Civil NX and STAAD.Pro

Standards:



Strong knowledge of IRC codes. Familiarity with Eurocodes / BS standards (widely used in international/Malaysia projects) will be a major advantage.

Key ResponsibilitiesDesign & Assistance:

Independently design structural components or assist senior engineers in designing bridge superstructures (RCC/PSC girders, decks, slabs) and substructures, based on your experience and project complexity.

Drawing Supervision: Instruct and guide draftsmen to prepare accurate structural and working drawings based on final designs.

Analysis & Reports: Perform structural analysis using Midas Civil NX / STAAD.Pro and prepare clear design reports and calculations.

Review: Support design audits and value engineering processes.
