We are seeking a skilled Bridge Production Engineer with experience in the fabrication of steel bridges. The ideal candidate should have hands-on knowledge of fabrication processes, CNC machines, and structural bridge components. The role involves supervising production activities, ensuring quality standards, and optimizing fabrication operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, supervise, and manage production activities related to steel bridge fabrication.
- Interpret engineering drawings and work with AutoCAD designs.
- Operate and oversee CNC machines used in fabrication processes.
- Ensure proper execution of welding, cutting, fit-up, and drilling operations.
- Monitor fabrication of Open Web Girder and Composite Girder bridges.
- Maintain quality control and ensure adherence to project specifications and safety standards.
- Coordinate with design, quality, and site teams to meet production timelines.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or related field.
- 3-4 years experience in steel bridge fabrication preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Good problem-solving and team coordination skills.
Job Types: Full time, Permanent Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
