About the Role

We’re looking for a Brand Solutions Executive who can understand what a brand needs, think beyond the brief, and turn business challenges into meaningful creative solutions.

You’ll work closely with clients and internal creative teams to develop ideas, campaigns, and communication that solve real brand problems.

What You’ll Do

- Understand client briefs, business objectives, and brand requirements
- Develop creative and strategic solutions for brands
- Work closely with creative, content, social media, and design teams
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute campaign ideas
- Prepare presentations, proposals, and campaign recommendations
- Research brands, competitors, consumers, trends, and relevant cultural conversations
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of projects
- Communicate with clients and keep them updated on project progress
- Track timelines, deliverables, and feedback across projects
- Contribute to pitches and current business opportunities

What We’re Looking For




- 1–3 years of experience in a creative agency, digital agency, brand solutions, account management, or a similar role
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Valuable understanding of brands, digital media, and social media
- Ability to understand a brief and translate it into actionable ideas
- Strong research and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Good command of PowerPoint / Google Slides
- A curious, proactive, and collaborative approach
- Someone who can confidently communicate ideas and work with both clients and creative teams

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
