Role Overview

We are looking for a Brand Manager – Influencer Marketing & Partnerships who will be responsible for building and managing relationships with brands and influencers/creators . The role will involve identifying business opportunities, pitching influencer marketing solutions to brands, onboarding relevant influencers, and managing campaigns from initial pitch to execution.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication, negotiation, networking, and sales skills, along with a good understanding of influencer and digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and pitch brands for influencer marketing and creator partnership opportunities.
- Develop compelling proposals, pitches, presentations, and campaign strategies based on brand objectives.
- Research and identify relevant influencers, creators, and content partners across platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and other social channels.
- Reach out to influencers and negotiate commercials, deliverables, timelines, and campaign terms.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with both brands and influencers .
- Coordinate influencer campaigns from pitching and onboarding through execution and reporting.
- Understand campaign objectives, target audiences, budgets, and KPIs to recommend suitable creators.




- Collaborate with internal creative, performance marketing, and account management teams to execute campaigns smoothly.
- Track campaign performance and prepare reports highlighting key metrics, insights, and outcomes.
- Maintain a database of brands, influencers, creators, and partnership opportunities.
- Identify new influencer marketing trends, platforms, niches, and market opportunities.
- Support business development initiatives and contribute to revenue growth through new brand partnerships.
- Ensure timely communication and follow-ups with brands, influencers, and internal stakeholders.

Required Skills

- 1+ year of experience in influencer marketing, brand partnerships, business development, or digital marketing .
- Strong understanding of influencer marketing and social media platforms.
- Excellent communication, pitching, negotiation, and relationship-management skills .
- Ability to confidently approach and pitch brands and close partnership opportunities.
- Strong networking and lead-generation abilities.
- Good understanding of influencer selection, campaign planning, deliverables, and pricing.
- Strong presentation and proposal-making skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Education Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
