We’re looking for a hands-on, execution-focused person to help manage day-to-day digital marketing, social media, customer communication, website updates, and e-commerce activities for our brand.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage social media posting, captions, stories, reels, and content calendars
- Reply to DMs, comments, ad enquiries, and customer queries
- Follow up with leads from social media, ads, WhatsApp, and the website
- Update and optimize website banners, product pages, images, descriptions, and listings
- Support product launches, offers, promotions, and campaigns
- Coordinate basic ad creatives and track campaign performance
- Maintain customer/lead trackers and basic weekly reports
- Use Canva and AI tools to improve execution speed and quality
We’re looking for someone with: 0-2 years of experience in social media, D2C, e-commerce, digital marketing, or brand execution. Strong communication, attention to detail, ownership, Canva skills, and basic understanding of websites/e-commerce are important.
Experience with beauty, skincare, lifestyle, education, or consumer brands is a plus.

Compensation and Perks
- Salary range: ₹20,000 to ₹30,000 per month depending on experience
