Role: Branch Operations Manager Pest Management

Location: Pune

Experience: 8+ Years (Pest Management )

Qualification: Graduate in Science, preferably with specialization in Agriculture or Chemistry; MBA preferred

Key Responsibilities

- Take end-to-end ownership of branch operations, ensuring efficient, profitable, and customer-focused service delivery.
- Plan, manage, and monitor daily operations to ensure all services are delivered as per agreed SLA, SOP, quality, and safety standards.
- Lead, coach, and develop the branch operations team, including Service Managers, Supervisors, Technicians, and support staff.
- Ensure optimum manpower deployment, route planning, productivity, attendance, and utilization of field resources.
- Monitor service quality through regular field audits, customer feedback, complaint analysis, and corrective actions.
- Drive customer retention and service excellence, ensuring timely resolution of customer complaints and escalations.
- Coordinate closely with the Sales and Key Accounts teams to ensure smooth onboarding and execution of new customers.
- Identify opportunities for branch-level business growth, including current customer acquisition, renewals,



additional services, cross-selling, and up-selling.
- Ensure effective coordination between operations, sales, finance, and commercial teams for smooth branch functioning.
- Ensure timely invoicing and accurate billing, minimizing billing errors, deductions, and revenue leakage.
- Own branch-level collections and DSO performance and ensure receivables are collected within agreed credit terms.
- Monitor branch profitability through effective control of manpower costs, material consumption, vehicle expenses, overtime, and other operating costs.
- Ensure optimum utilization and control of pest management materials, equipment, vehicles, and other branch assets.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, customer-specific standards, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Conduct regular performance reviews with the team and implement corrective and preventive actions wherever required.
