Branch Manager's Responsible for managing branch operations, achieving business targets, and leading the branch team, with a primary focus on NCD, Sub-Debt and Gold Loan business development.

Key Responsibilities

Mobilize funds through NCD and Subordinated Debt products.

Acquire new investors and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.

Develop and grow the Gold Loan business, including customer acquisition, disbursement, renewal and recovery.

Achieve monthly and yearly fund mobilization and Gold Loan targets.

Lead, motivate and monitor branch staff to achieve business goals.

Ensure proper KYC, documentation and compliance.

Monitor daily branch operations and customer service.

Prepare regular business and performance reports for management.

Preferred: Min 2-3 year Experience in NBFC, Gold Loan, Fund Mobilization or Financial Services, with robust communication, sales and customer relationship skills.
