Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Karol Bagh - Delhi region for a Branch Manager & Office Staffs.

The Branch

Manager will oversee branch operations, lead and support the office team, manage customer relationships, ensure adherence to company policies, and drive business growth and loan portfolio quality.



Office staff will handle daily administrative tasks, customer inquiries, documentation, and coordination of loan processing and repayments. Both roles will work closely with internal teams to maintain accurate records, support compliance requirements, and provide clear and respectful communication to customers. The team will contribute to branch targets, participate in local marketing activities, and help improve service processes.

Qualifications

- For Branch manager - 2+ years of relevant experience in Gold Loan Section in NBFCs, banking, or financial services.
- For Office Staff - Freshers can also apply.
- Candidates should possess effective communication and interpersonal skills for working with customers, teams, and senior management.
- Graduate in any stream.
- Ability to work on-site in Karol Bagh - Delhi , with willingness to travel within the allocated area as needed.
