About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Branch Head to oversee branch operations, existing client relationships, team management, and business development.

The ideal candidate should have strong industry experience, excellent client-handling skills, leadership capabilities, and a proven ability to identify and convert new business opportunities.

Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business opportunities.
- Develop new client relationships and convert prospects into long-term clients.
- Build and maintain a strong professional network within the industry.
- Understand client requirements and ensure timely and effective delivery.
- Maintain solid, long-term client relationships.
- Handle client communication, negotiations, presentations, and escalations.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services.
- Lead and manage the branch/team on a day-to-day basis.
- Allocate responsibilities and ensure effective coordination between team members and departments.
- Monitor team performance, deadlines, deliverables, and client commitments.
- Mentor and motivate the team to achieve business and operational goals.
- Ensure smooth internal communication and workflow.
- Take overall ownership of branch-level operations and performance.
- Coordinate with internal departments including Creative, Digital, Accounts, Production, and Client Servicing.




- Ensure projects are delivered efficiently, within timelines and according to client expectations.
- Monitor business performance, revenue, client retention, and new business growth.
- Report key business updates and performance to management.

Eligibility Criteria

- 6–7+ years of relevant industry experience, preferably in Advertising, Creative, Digital Marketing, Media, or related industries.
- Strong experience in Client Servicing / Account Management / Business Development.
- Proven ability to acquire and manage clients.
- Strong leadership and team-management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management abilities.
- Commercially aware with a strong understanding of revenue and business growth.
- Ability to work independently and take complete ownership of responsibilities.
- Should be target-oriented, proactive, and confident in dealing with senior-level clients.

Compensation Structure Fixed Salary + Performance-Based Commission The selected candidate will receive a fixed monthly salary along with an additional commission/incentive based on new business generated and successfully converted.

The role offers strong earning potential for candidates who can consistently contribute to the company's business growth.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
