Roles & Responsibilities:-

Business Growth and Sales

- Drive sales targets for business loan products.
- Identify local market trends and build customer acquisition strategies.
- Build relationships with local channel partners, borrowers, and the community to boost brand presence.

Credit and Portfolio Management

- Oversee preliminary credit evaluation and coordinate with credit teams for smooth loan approvals.
- Monitor portfolio quality and minimize Non-Performing Assets (NPAs) or bad loans.
- Manage collections and recovery processes by tracking defaulters and ensuring timely EMI or interest collections.

Operations and Financial Management

- Supervise daily branch functions, including customer onboarding, documentation, and coordination for loan disbursements.




- Monitor branch profitability, operating costs, and expense budgets.
- Prepare and submit Management Information System (MIS) reports to regional or central headquarters.

Team Leadership and Compliance

- Lead, train, and motivate branch staff to achieve productivity goals.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and manage employee development.
- Ensure strict adherence to Reserve Bank of India (RBI) guidelines, internal company policies, and statutory audit compliances.
