Role & responsibilities

- Drive agency business growth by achieving branch sales and revenue targets.

- Recruit, train, and develop insurance advisors and agency leaders.

- Lead and manage a team of Front Line Sales Managers (FLSMs) and advisors.

- Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching and guidance.

- Ensure quality business sourcing while maintaining company compliance standards.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with advisors and key stakeholders.

- Develop local market strategies to increase branch penetration and productivity.

- Conduct regular sales meetings, reviews, and performance discussions.

- Ensure customer-centric service delivery and grievance resolution.

- Track branch performance metrics and drive continuous improvement initia

Preferred candidate profile

- Graduate in any discipline.

- 3-6 years of experience in Sales, Insurance, BFSI, Agency Channel, or Team Handling roles.

- Proven experience in team management and target achievement.

- Robust leadership, communication, and relationship management skills.

- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
