We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Centre Manager to lead and manage the centre's operations, drive business growth, and ensure excellent service delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a passion for education and training, and a proven track record of achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee the overall management and operations of the Centre, ensuring smooth and effective functioning.
- Lead a team of academic and administrative staff, providing guidance, motivation, and performance evaluation.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve monthly and annual enrollment and revenue targets.
- Drive marketing and outreach efforts to promote the centre’s programs and increase brand visibility in the local market.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality training and services to students, maintaining Centre's standards.
- Monitor student enrollment, feedback, and satisfaction to identify areas for improvement.




- Handle student and parent inquiries, offering effective solutions to meet their educational and career needs.
- Maintain accurate records of student enrollments, financial transactions, and operational metrics.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and quality standards.
- Identify opportunities for growth, including partnerships, new programs, or market expansion.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: ₹15,396.75 - ₹32,000.00 per month
