Job Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer calls from US healthcare customers.
- Assist customers with policy, benefits, claims,



and general account-related queries.
- Provide accurate information while delivering excellent customer service.
- Maintain call records and follow company processes.

Eligibility
- Excellent verbal English communication skills.
- Willing to work in US Night Shifts.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
