We are hiring an experienced Quality Analyst with strong exposure to Inbound voice support and quality auditing.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Must be a graduate.
- Total experience: 4 years.
- On-paper experience: minimum 2 years (mandatory).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Quality Analysis for a Inbound process.
- At least 2 years of Inbound calling experience.
- Valuable knowledge of banking products & processes.
- Versant score: 5 or above.
- Typing speed: 25–30 WPM with 85% accuracy.

- Call monitoring & audits
- Quality & compliance reporting
- Strong communication skills

Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹450,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
