Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, test, deploy and maintain complex business processes using IBM BPM (Business Process Management) tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and implement changes that drive efficiency gains.
- Develop custom applications using various programming languages such as Java or JavaScript to integrate with existing systems.
- Troubleshoot issues related to workflow automation, data integration, and system performance.
Job Requirements :
- 4-14 years of experience in IT Services & Consulting industry.
- Robust expertise in Bi Development (BI) development using IBM BPM tools.
- Proficiency in developing custom applications using Java or JavaScript programming languages.
- Experience working on large-scale projects involving multiple stakeholders.
