Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced BPCS Solution Architect to lead technical and functional solutioning across the Legacy ERP Tower. The role involves managing the demand-to-build process, solution architecture, vendor coordination, technical validation, and delivery of scalable, supportable solutions aligned with business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Lead technical and functional solutioning for BPCS environments, including enhancements and projects.

Translate business requirements into clear, scalable, and cost-effective technical solutions.

Review and validate technical solution documents, application configurations, and architectural designs.

Ensure solutions comply with IT software development, delivery, SDLC, system continuity, and data integrity standards.

Lead the demand-to-build process and provide technical guidance to Business Partners, Business Analysts, and Vendor Build Leads.

Manage vendor/build partners and ensure delivery against agreed timelines, quality standards, and contractual commitments.

Identify and manage resources required for application development, enhancements, and project delivery.

Identify root causes, evaluate alternative solutions,



and recommend improvements to prevent recurring issues.

Drive process improvements, standardization, automation, maintainability, and lower total cost of ownership.

Monitor active and upcoming projects that may impact application stability or business operations.

Contribute to IT strategy and provide architectural guidance for Legacy ERP initiatives.

Build strong relationships with senior IT stakeholders, business teams, development partners, and vendors.

Provide leadership, mentoring, and technical guidance across business and technical teams.

Ensure effective build-to-run transition and long-term supportability of implemented solutions.
