- Receive customers and damaged vehicles at the body shop and understand the customer's concerns and repair requirements.
- Conduct a preliminary inspection of the vehicle and identify visible damages.
- Prepare accurate repair estimates, including parts, labour, painting, and other related charges.
- Take photographs and document vehicle condition and damages as required.
- Coordinate with insurance companies, surveyors, and customers for insurance claims and approvals.
- Explain repair estimates, insurance procedures, timelines, and additional costs to customers.
- Prepare job cards and ensure all customer complaints and repair requirements are properly recorded.
- Maintain skilled relationships with insurance companies, surveyors, customers, and workshop personnel.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
