The BMC Helix Technical Specialist is responsible for development, administration and also customizing and extending the platform to meet specific business needs and administer to ensure the smooth functioning and security of the BMC Helix environment (ITSM, Smart IT, Dashboard, Innovation Studio)

1. BMC Helix ITSM Administration & Development

2. BMC Helix Innovation Studio

6. Helix Dashboard
7. Must have 8+ years of experience in development, implementation, and sustained support of the BMC Helix components like ITSM, Smart IT, Innovation Studio and writing custom workflows using Remedy forms and objects like Active Links, Filters, and Escalations
8. Solid understanding of ITSM processes and Integration techniques.
9. Robust Knowledge of ITSM Module Like Incident, Change, Problem, SRM, Work Order, SLM, Release management
10. Provide creative solutions to resolve business problems via customer requirements based on system capability, process gaps (ITSM/ITIL) and cultural challenges.
