Description

As an IT Functional Analyst for the Enterprise Applications team, you will be part of an global project team utilizing the Agile / Scrum methodologies, working in a fast-paced, iterative environment, closely partnered with business stakeholders. You will be part of a team thats focused on delivering solutions that not only empower Microns Supply Chain team but drive value and quality experience to our end customers.

As an IT solutions team member, you will support the entire project lifecycle from initial project definition to project implementation (including testing and training) through to project closure. You will also be an expert on current BY ESP processes and systems; identify, recommend, and drive process improvements; and serve as a consultant on these processes and systems for partners and customers.

Responsibilities and Tasks

- Serve as an internal consultant within the IT Supply Planning teams specializing in Integration to BY, ESP capabilities and ops.
- Gather and refine requirements from Micron supply chain teams to ensure the right data is fed into BY Cloud
- Work in designing and testing the custom UI (Fiori) for data entry into middleware (HANA
- Ensure delivery of quality solutions for the BY ESP environment
- Deliver large scale, high-value projects by leveraging an established delivery methodology.
- Provide expert functional and process guidance on system capabilities and solution approaches.

PMO) to drive successful deployments

Skills Needed: Blue Yonder ESP, JDA / i2 / Manugistics

Qualifications and Experience

- Minimum of 3 years experience working with Supply Planning applications and processes (Blue Yonder, JDA / i2 / Manugistics, etc )

- Good understanding of Supply Chain and Industrial Engineering principles
- Should have good exposure to order promising & sales and operational planning concepts.
- History of working with an enterprise application implementation cycle, with agile methodology
- SQL querying for data validation (HANA SQL)
- Experience in LpOpt algorithm or another Optimization solver is an advantage.
- Understanding of Semiconductor Industry challenges, trends and possible solutions would be a definite plus point.
- Experience as a key team member on at least one full implementation cycle.
- Strong systems thinking and problem-solving capability.
- Self-motivated and outcome oriented
- Capability to build strong rapport with customer groups.
- Experience in collaboratingwith team members to drive results.
- Ability to facilitate and drive decisions and clarification.
- Ability to work independently with short deadlines.
- Robust communication skills (written, verbal and presentation)

• Flexibility to maintain an overlap with US and Singapore working hours.

Education:
- BE / B. Tech / MBA in Information Systems, Business Management, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science or industry-related curriculum
