Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Lead Architect to design, develop, and optimise robotic process automation (RPA) and AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Blue Prism and a proven track record of delivering scalable automation initiatives. In addition, the role demands hands-on experience with Copilot Studio for agent and multi-bot orchestration, Power Platform development, AI Builder integration,

and Azure API services. Familiarity with managing secure environments and integrating across SharePoint, Dataverse, and the broader Microsoft ecosystem is essential for success.

Key Responsibilities

Architecture & Design:

- Lead the design and development of robust, scalable, and efficient Blue Prism automation solutions.
- Create architectural blueprints and technical specifications for RPA projects.
- Develop reusable components, frameworks, and libraries to streamline RPA development.

Implementation & Development:
- Configure and develop automated processes using Blue Prism in alignment with business requirements.
- Integrate Blue Prism bots with existing systems and applications.
- Ensure solutions adhere to best practices and are secure, scalable, and maintainable.

Technical Leadership

- Provide guidance and mentorship to RPA junior developers.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Blue Prism bots and infrastructure.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:
- Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to gather requirements.
- Participate in workshops and design sessions with business units to understand their processes and automation needs.

Maintenance & Support:




- Oversee deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of RPA solutions.
- Ensure robust documentation of process designs, coding standards, and operational guidelines.
- Perform regular performance assessments and optimizations of deployed bots.

Required Skills

- Copilot Studio agent orchestration, multi bot orchestration
- Power App & Power Automate development support
- AI Builder integration in Power Automate
- Azure services API familiarity
- Managing dedicated environments, user access controls, etc.
- Familiarity with SharePoint, Dataverse & general Microsoft ecosystem

Qualifications

Education

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Blue Prism certification (e.g., Developer, Professional Developer, Solution Architect)

is highly desirable.

Experience

- 5+ years of experience in RPA development, with at least 3 years using Blue Prism.
- Experience designing and architecting RPA solutions in large-scale environments.
- Proven track record of delivering successful RPA implementations from concept to deployment.
- Hands-on experience with process assessment, development, testing, and deployment.

Technical Skills

- Proficiency in Blue Prism, including process studio, object studio, and control room.
- Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, application integrations, and automation best practices.
- Experience with databases (SQL, Oracle), scripting (Python, VBScript), Intelligent automation Decipher and web services (REST, SOAP).
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with stakeholders and technical teams.
