We are hiring candidates for the Blinkit OBD (Order-Based Delivery/Outbound) Process. The selected candidates will be responsible for handling customer orders, order processing, picking/packing coordination, and ensuring timely and accurate order dispatch as per process requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle and process customer orders as per the defined process.

- Pick, scan, pack, and dispatch orders accurately.

- Ensure orders are processed within the given turnaround time.

- Verify order details and maintain accuracy during order processing.

- Coordinate with the operations team for smooth order fulfillment.

- Follow company SOPs and safety guidelines.

- Maintain productivity and quality standards.





- Resolve basic order-related issues and escalate concerns when required.

- Ensure proper handling of products and maintain workplace hygiene.

Candidate Requirements:

- Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th Pass.

- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

- Basic communication skills.

- Basic understanding of smartphones/apps.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting.

- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
