Position Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager Blueprint Transformation to join the Project Management Excellence (PMX) organization. This role will lead the IT delivery of the Blueprint program, a strategic business transformation focused on modernizing commercial capabilities, digital customer experience, and the underlying technology platforms that support the Sales & Marketing ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the end-to-end IT delivery of the Blueprint program, coordinating multiple workstreams, technology teams, vendors, and business stakeholders.
- Establish and maintain an integrated program plan across all Blueprint initiatives, including dependencies, milestones, risks, financials, and resource planning.
- Drive execution across multiple technology domains, including CRM, marketing technology, identity, integration, commerce, content management, and PIM.
- Ensure successful delivery using appropriate methodologies (Agile, Hybrid, or Waterfall) while maintaining consistency in governance.
- Partner with business leaders to translate strategic priorities into executable technology workstreams.
- Establish governance routines including Steering Committees, program reviews,



and executive reporting.
- Coordinate delivery planning across major platforms including CRM, Commerce, CMS, Marketing Automation, CDP, CIAM, and PIM.
- Build trusted relationships with executive business leaders, Digital COEs, and CIOs.

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related discipline.
- 10 years of program or project management experience leading large-scale enterprise technology initiatives.
- Demonstrated experience managing complex, cross-functional transformation programs.
- Experience working with executive business stakeholders and technology leadership.
- Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery methodologies.
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Planisware, Jira, Azure DevOps, or Microsoft Project.

Preferred Qualifications :

- PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, Secure, or equivalent certification.
- Experience in global manufacturing organizations.
- Background in operating model design, organizational change management, or business transformation.
