Role Description The BIM Modeler will be responsible for developing, updating, and managing detailed Building Information Models for engineering and construction projects. Day-to-day tasks include creating accurate 3D models, coordinating architectural and MEP elements, and producing construction drawings that support project planning and execution.

The role involves collaborating with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure models are compliant with standards, clash-free, and aligned with design intent. The BIM Modeler will also assist in documentation, version control, and model-based quantity take-offs as needed.



This is a full-time, on-site role located in Thane.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and proven experience as a Modeler for engineering or construction projects.
- Candidates should possess skills related to Architecture and the interpretation of Construction Drawings for accurate model creation and coordination.
- Candidates should possess skills in Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) modeling, including routing and coordination of services within multidisciplinary BIM environments.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in relevant BIM and CAD software (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks or similar tools) and basic understanding of common BIM standards and workflows.
- Candidates should possess strong attention to detail, ability to read and interpret technical drawings, and effective communication skills for working with cross-functional teams.
- Diploma or degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Architecture, or related engineering field; prior experience in EPC or construction projects in an in office environment is beneficial.
