About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled BIM Manager to lead and manage BIM implementation across multidisciplinary projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in delivering large-scale BIM projects and strong leadership capabilities to manage teams and client coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage end-to-end BIM project delivery across Architecture, Structure, MEP, and Infrastructure disciplines.

Develop and implement BIM Execution Plans (BEP) in line with project requirements.

Oversee model coordination, clash detection, and issue resolution processes.

Manage and mentor BIM teams including coordinators, modelers, and specialists.

Ensure compliance with client standards, international BIM standards, and project specifications.

Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders for BIM related deliverables.

Monitor project progress,



resource allocation, and ensure timely delivery Implement and maintain QA/QC procedures for BIM models Support 4D/5D BIM implementation where required.

Drive continuous improvement in BIM workflows, standards, and technology adoption.

Key Requirements

Minimum 15+ years of experience in BIM and project delivery .

Strong expertise in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360 / ACC Proven experience in handling large-scale and complex projects (buildings, infrastructure, etc.) .

In-depth knowledge of BIM standards, LOD requirements, and coordination workflows.

Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills Experience working with international clients (GCC projects preferred) Robust problem-solving and decision-making capabilities

Pay: ₹70,453.16 - ₹125,000.00 per month
