We’re Hiring | BIM Team Lead

We are looking for an experienced BIM Team Lead to lead BIM implementation, team management, and the transition from CAD to BIM across projects.

Experience: 7–10 Years | Leadership: 2–3+ Years

Location: Gurgaon

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and mentor BIM Modelers & Coordinators
- Drive CAD-to-BIM implementation and BIM standards
- Develop BIM Execution Plans (BEP), templates & Revit families
- Manage multidisciplinary BIM coordination (Architecture, Structure & MEP)
- Oversee clash detection, QA/QC, and project deliverables
- Drive automation, standardization, and process improvements

Required Skills

• Strong expertise in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD & BIM 360/ACC

• Knowledge of ISO 19650, LOD & BIM coordination workflows

- Solid leadership, communication & stakeholder management skills

Preferred: Dynamo/Grasshopper, IFC, Digital Twin & BIM certifications.
