Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior BIM Engineer – MEP with a strong MEP background and hands-on experience in BIM design, drafting, and modelling. Experience in fire protection systems and plumbing systems is mandatory , along with good knowledge of HVAC systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, modify, and maintain BIM models for MEP services as per project requirements and design standards.
- Prepare accurate 2D drawings, layouts, shop drawings, and coordinated MEP documentation.
- Model and coordinate HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems within BIM environments.
- Review architectural, structural, and MEP drawings to identify clashes, conflicts, and constructability issues.
- Coordinate with engineering, design, site,



and project teams to resolve BIM and MEP coordination issues.
- Carry out clash detection and support coordination meetings.
- Update BIM models and drawings based on design revisions.
- Ensure drawings and models meet required quality and project standards.
- Support project teams with technical BIM and MEP coordination requirements.

Required Qualifications & Experience

- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, MEP Engineering , or a related discipline.
- 5–10 years of relevant MEP experience with strong BIM exposure.
- Mandatory hands-on experience in BIM design, drafting, and modelling .
- Mandatory experience in Fire Protection Systems and Plumbing Systems .
- Valuable working knowledge of HVAC systems .
- Strong understanding of MEP coordination and engineering drawings.
- Ability to identify and resolve clashes and coordination issues.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Candidates with a notice period of 30 days or less will be considered.
