Precon India Consulting is expanding its BIM team! Were looking for experienced BIM Architects with a strong background in US Multi-Family Residential projects.

Location: Pune, Baner.

Shift Timing: 11:00 PM 8:00 PM (IST)

Experience: Minimum 2+ years in BIM/VDC as an Architect for US Projects

About the Role: We’re looking for an Architect with strong experience in US multi-family residential projects. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in coordination-heavy environments and is confident managing & coordinating the architectural scope with experience on wood construction.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop high-quality BIM models as per US standards
- Perform clash detection and resolve coordination issues proactively
- Create Revit models from scratch up to LOD 400




- Must have experience working on SD,DD,CD and Permit sets.
- Coordinate across architectural, structural & MEP disciplines
- Run clash detection and model review using Navisworks
- Collaborate on ACC/BIM 360 for cloud-based project management
- Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams and external stakeholders
- Communicate clearly and confidently in project meetings and reviews
