We are looking for talented and motivated BIM Architects / BIM Engineers to join our growing team. If you have a passion for BIM, Revit, and multidisciplinary coordination, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain high-fidelity Architectural BIM models aligned with the project BIM Execution Plan (BEP).
Produce and manage model deliverables across all development stages from LOD 100 through LOD 500 .
Execute clash detection tests, matrix setups, and clash resolution workflows in Navisworks Manage.
Coordinate interdisciplinary interfaces across Structural, Architectural, and MEP systems to ensure zero-clash delivery.
Extract extraction-ready 2D shop drawings, General Arrangement (GA) framing plans, sections, and automated quantities/schedules directly from Revit models.
Manage model versioning, permissions, and CDE workflows within Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering.
- 4–8 years of experience in BIM modeling and coordination.
- Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit.
- Experience with Navisworks, ACC/BIM 360, and AutoCAD is preferred.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of international BIM standards is an advantage.
