Role Description The BIM Architect is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. This role is responsible for developing and managing Building Information Models (BIM) for architectural projects, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and coordination across disciplines.

The BIM Architect will prepare and review architectural and construction drawings, generate detailed submittals, and collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve design and coordination issues. Daily tasks include updating models based on design changes, maintaining documentation standards,



and supporting the team with technical BIM expertise and best practices. The role also involves participating in design reviews, ensuring compliance with applicable codes and client requirements, and contributing to process improvements in project delivery.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Architecture, with the ability to translate design concepts into detailed project documentation.
- Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools and workflows, with experience in model creation, coordination, and clash detection.
- Ability to develop and interpret Architectural Drawings, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and alignment with design intent.
- Experience preparing and reviewing Construction Drawings and Submittals for multi-disciplinary projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field; skilled certification in BIM or relevant software is an advantage.
- Experience with common BIM and CAD software (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks or similar platforms).
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of building codes, standards, and construction practices relevant to architectural projects.
- Prior experience in an architectural or engineering firm, particularly in BIM-focused roles, is preferred.
