About the Role

Saraswathy Group is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Billing Executive to handle billing and daily sales-related activities at our retail store. The candidate will be responsible for accurate billing, handling customer payments, maintaining billing records, and supporting smooth day-to-day store operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate accurate customer bills using the billing/POS software.
- Handle cash, UPI, card and other payment collections.
- Verify prices, quantities, discounts and billing details before completing transactions.
- Maintain proper records of daily sales and collections.
- Handle customer queries related to bills, prices and payments.
- Coordinate with store staff regarding product availability and billing issues.
- Perform daily cash and payment reconciliation.
- Report any billing discrepancies or payment issues to the supervisor.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of the billing counter.




- Follow company procedures for billing, cash handling and customer service.
- Assist in other store operations when required.

Requirements
- Minimum qualification: Plus Two / Degree.
- Previous billing or retail experience is preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge is required.
- Experience with POS/billing software is an advantage.
- Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of cash, UPI and card transactions.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work in a busy retail environment.
- Freshers with good communication and computer skills can also apply.
