Role Description The Billing Executive role at Tenet Diagnostics is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru.

The Billing

Executive will manage day-to-day billing operations, including generating and reviewing invoices, verifying patient and payer details, and ensuring timely submission of bills.

Responsibilities include reconciling payments, tracking outstanding receivables, resolving billing discrepancies, and coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders to address queries. The role also involves maintaining accurate financial records, supporting reporting requirements,



and contributing to process improvements that enhance billing efficiency and compliance.

Qualifications

- Strong understanding of billing processes and invoicing, with experience in healthcare or diagnostic services preferred.
- Solid analytical skills to review billing data, identify discrepancies, and support accurate financial reporting.
- Effective communication skills to interact with patients, internal teams, and external partners in a clear and professional manner.
- Basic to intermediate finance knowledge, including accounts receivable management and payment reconciliation.
- Proficiency in billing software and MS Office tools; familiarity with ERP or hospital information systems is an advantage.
- Attention to detail, high level of accuracy, and strong organizational skills to manage multiple billing tasks and deadlines.
- Ability to work collaboratively in an in office team environment in Bengaluru and adapt to standardized processes and compliance requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in commerce, finance, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
