Billing Executive – SAP HANA ( Looking for Immediate Joiners Only)

Location: Yeshwanthpur, Bangalore

Experience: 1–3 Years

CTC: ₹3.0 – ₹4.50 LPA

Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and process customer invoices accurately and on time.

Handle billing and invoice processing as per company procedures.

Upload and process Purchase Orders (POs) in SAP HANA.

Verify PO, invoice, pricing, quantity, and other billing-related details.

Maintain proper records of invoices, POs, and supporting documents.

Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Accounts, and Operations teams for billing-related requirements.

Track pending invoices and resolve billing discrepancies.

Ensure timely submission of invoices to customers.

Generate and maintain billing reports and MIS as required.

Follow company processes and ensure accuracy in all billing transactions.





Required Skills

Hands-on experience in SAP HANA is mandatory.

Good knowledge of Billing & Invoice Processing.

Experience in PO creation/uploading and processing in SAP.

Good knowledge of MS Excel.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Valuable coordination and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple billing activities.

Candidates who can join immediately or within a short notice period will be preferred.
