About the Role

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Billing Executive to manage billing, payments, and related front-desk activities at our veterinary hospital. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a hospital environment and, importantly, should be comfortable and friendly around animals.

Key Responsibilities (Rough)

- Generate accurate invoices for consultations, procedures, medicines, diagnostics, surgeries, and other hospital services.
- Handle cash, card, UPI, and other payment transactions.
- Maintain daily billing and payment records.
- Coordinate with doctors, reception, pharmacy, and other hospital teams regarding billing requirements.
- Explain invoices and payment details clearly to pet parents.




- Process refunds, adjustments, and discounts as per hospital policies.
- Maintain proper documentation and assist with daily/monthly billing reports.
- Ensure accuracy of billing entries and minimize billing discrepancies.
- Handle customer queries professionally and courteously.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional billing/front-desk area.

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience in billing, preferably in a hospital, clinic, veterinary hospital, pharmacy, or healthcare environment.
- Basic knowledge of billing software and MS Excel
- Positive numerical and computer skills.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts.
- Animal-friendly
