About the Role:

Richhen Engineers Private Limited is looking for an experienced Estimation & Billing Engineer to handle estimation, tendering, project billing, contract/variation management, and payment coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, rate analysis & tender documentation
- Prepare client bills and maintain Measurement Books (MBs)
- Review contracts and manage variations/VOs
- Coordinate with site, project, procurement & accounts teams
- Track billing, receivables and project cost MIS
- Support cost optimization and project profitability

✔ BOQ & Rate Analysis

✔ MS Excel & Estimation Tools

✔ Construction Contracts

✔ Variation Management

✔ Technical Drawing Interpretation

Preferred: Construction / Infrastructure / MEP / Elevator experience. Government or Railway project exposure will be an advantage.
