Role Description The Billing Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Navi Mumbai, responsible for managing project billing activities from initial estimation through final payment. This role involves preparing and reviewing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), validating quantities executed in office, and coordinating with project, procurement, and finance teams to ensure accurate and timely invoicing.

The Billing

Engineer will perform rate analysis, verify contractor bills, reconcile quantities with drawings and site measurements, and maintain detailed billing records and documentation. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring project costs, supporting quantity surveying activities,



resolving billing discrepancies, and contributing to process improvements for billing systems and reporting.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong BOQ and quantity surveying skills for preparing, reviewing, and validating project quantities.

- Candidates should possess solid analytical skills and rate analysis capabilities to evaluate costs, pricing, and contractor bills.

- Candidates should possess familiarity with billing systems and related tools for generating, tracking, and reconciling invoices.

- Candidates should possess competency in interpreting technical drawings, site measurements, and construction documentation.

- Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.

- Prior experience in billing, quantity surveying, or cost control within construction, infrastructure, or related industries.

- Proficiency in MS Excel and other project management or ERP tools used for billing and reporting.

- Strong attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and the ability to work collaboratively with on-site and office-based teams.
