We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented BIM Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have robust knowledge of architectural design, BIM processes, and Revit, with the ability to develop accurate models, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, and deliver high-quality project documentation.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain accurate Building Information Models (BIM) using Autodesk Revit.
- Prepare architectural drawings, detailed models, and construction documentation.
- Create and manage plans, elevations, sections, schedules, and details.
- Identify and resolve design clashes using BIM coordination tools.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, consultants, and project teams.
- Review models and drawings for accuracy, quality, and completeness.
- Assist in developing families, templates,



and BIM standards as required.
- Support project delivery within defined timelines and quality requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Architecture / Civil Engineering / a related field.
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in BIM Architecture.
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit Architecture is essential.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and BIM coordination workflows.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
